OTI at KIOGE, Kazakhstan
OTI will be participating in a specialised marketing mission (SMS) for the Oil & Gas sector in conjunction with KIOGE, which is being held in Almaty from 30 September until 3 October 2104.
Don't miss this premier industry event, attracting 60,000 oil and gas professionals from more than 109 countries.
The objective of OTI’s visit is to:
- Explore opportunities for collaboration between OTI and Kazakhstan companies in the oil and gas sector
- To create awareness of OTI’s strength and capabilities in the oil and gas sector including their X-Ray crawler and Automated Ultrasonic Testing capabilities (to date OTI have successfully completed over 200 projects on 5,900+ km of pipelines in 23 countries)
- To promote and enhance working links between OTI’s services and the service providers of oil and gas in Kazakhstan.
Kazakhstan is a major supplier of energy – among the top ten oil producers with vast natural resources that have made the country’s economy the largest by far in Central Asia. The country is presently investing US$6bn in the modernisation and expansion of its refineries, pipelines and related infrastructure. International oil majors that have ventured into Kazakhstan are Shell, ExxonMobil, Total, Lukoil, and Conoco Phillips.
OTI’s visit will include meetings with relevant oil and gas authorities and main companies in Kazakhstan. In addition, will also include pre-arranged business meetings for OTI during KIOGE 2104 with potential local and foreign companies.
KIOGE gives you a wealth of opportunities to develop business, build networks and lay the groundwork for future agreements and contracts. KIOGE is now in its 21st year as one of the major meeting places for players in the oil and energy industry. Many of the main global players are represented with stands, and many of the key players in the industry address the conference.
